News » Loss of a dear friend and family member
On Tuesday June 17 we lost a very dear friend and family member. Mike Boggs died Tuesday evening after loosing control of his Yamaha motorcycle. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mikes family and friends....

I knew Mike for many years and worked under him for the last 10 years. He was not only my brother-in-law but a very dear friend and coworker. His love for God and his family was so outpouring it simply over flowed onto every one around him. Mike touched many hearts and souls through his life and will not be forgotten. Mikes spirit will live on in the hearts of every one that knew him.

I have gotten phone calls from people around the country that wanted to tell me how much they enjoyed talking to Mike and how much he will be missed.

Traditions First Bank of Erin has set up an account for the benefit of the Boggs family to help them establish an educational fund for Mike’s daughters.

If you would like to contribute, you may send a check or money order, as follows:

Payable to:
Susan Boggs
c/o Traditions First Bank
P. O. Box 485
Erin, TN 37061

On the memo line of the check or money order (where it sometimes says “for _______”), please indicate “for children’s educational fund.”
